composition, optical properties, and hardness to a mined diamond,
created in a controlled environment rather than extracted from the
earth.

All Althea pieces are crafted in 18K solid gold, available in white,
yellow, and rose gold. 18K gold is durable, hypoallergenic, and built to
last a lifetime.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

5. What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives with a
manufacturing defect. If this happens, contact us within 7 days of
delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

We do not currently offer a resizing service. We recommend visiting a
local jeweller for an accurate measurement before ordering. If you are
unsure of your size, reach out and we will help.
7. Where do you ship?
We primarily ship within the UAE, with delivery typically within 3 to 5
business days. International shipping may be available. Contact us
before ordering to confirm.
8. How do I care for my Althea jewellery?
Store in a soft pouch away from other pieces. Avoid perfume, lotions,
and harsh chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth or mild soap
