Free delivery for all UAE orders


Our website www.altheadiamonds.com offers FREE Delivery for all orders purchased online in the UAE. We established through our appointed courier a door to door service for all our jewelry within 3–5 working days.

Made to order and custom jewelry pieces will be delivered within 5–8 working days.

 

GCC countries and Africa


www.altheadiamonds.com offers delivery to GCC and African countries for orders purchased online with a minimum value of USD 1,000. There will be additional declaration charges for all orders above AED 100 or USD 300. As per the UAE import law regulations by the customs authority, this will be applied for all outbound shipments.

Our courier service partner is XXXX XX. We appointed a renowned company to ensure your jewelry will be securely couriered with insurance to your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery option is not available within the GCC and African region. All payments should be made by credit card or Tabby. For more information on our shipping please contact our care department during working hours sales@altheadiamonds.com.

www.altheadiamonds.com offers global shipping. We have teamed up with XXX XX to ensure your jewelry will be securely couriered to your doorstep. The cost of delivery varies from country to country. Standard delivery charges may apply as per the country you choose for delivery.

We will send you the tracking number once your order is dispatched from our office. You can check the status manually on the couriers webpage or app.

Note
: Customs duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the final price of our online products. The customer will be liable for any applicable duties and taxes of the receiving country.

Return and refund policy


In case you have changed your mind and don't want to keep the product, you may return the product, but you will be paying the import and freight cost for the return.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, our team will help you with your return. Once it has been received by our team, we can arrange to exchange or refund the amount to you. You can notify our Online Team for a return request by contacting us at sales@altheadiamonds.com.

  1. You must inform us about your decision to return the purchased and received item seven (7) days of receipt of the item(s) in writing.
  2. Your returned item must arrive at our office no later than 10 days after you receive the order.
    After this time we cannot guarantee that the item will be accepted for refund or exchange.
  3. We strongly recommend that you contact our customer care team and send the product within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives in our office within 10 days. Please contact our customer care for further queries.
  4. Once your return has been received by our team and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you via your original payment method. Provided you return to us with purchase invoice and original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. Transaction charges may be deducted.
  5. For Exchange requests, your order will need to be refunded, and a new order will be placed online.
  6. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused with original tags attached. If an item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed, the returned item does not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
  7. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit, see also point 4.
  8. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping, import duties and taxes if they apply.
  9. We do not accept returns for earrings of any type, nor for any bespoke or made to order jewelry for hygiene purposes and nature of the product.
  10. For a refund; If the item is not as per our satisfactory standard we are permitted by law to reduce the refund amount by the reduction in the value of the item.

 

Defective or damaged


If the order sent by us is damaged or defective or the item is wrong, please contact customer care as soon as possible. We will replace, repair or refund the item/amount immediately.

Kindly note to return the item within 10 days of receipt.
