UAE Orders

Free delivery on all UAE orders placed through www.altheadiamonds.com. We offer a door-to-door delivery service through our appointed courier for all jewellery within 3–5 working days.

Made-to-order and custom jewellery pieces are delivered within 5–8 working days.

GCC Countries and Africa

We offer delivery to GCC and African countries for online orders with a minimum value of USD 1,000. Additional declaration charges apply to orders above AED 300 or USD 100, in line with UAE customs authority regulations on outbound shipments.

Our courier partner for this region is FedEx, providing secure, insured delivery to your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery is not available for GCC and African orders. Payment must be made by credit card or Tamara.

Worldwide

We offer global shipping in partnership with FedEx, ensuring secure delivery to your doorstep. Delivery costs vary by country, and standard delivery charges may apply depending on destination.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you can check its status directly on the courier's website or app.

Note: Customs duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the price of our online products. The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes applicable in the receiving country.
